We are proud to announce that our Sydney, Australia office will officially open in December 2020.
The office will be located at 201 Sussex Street, Darling Harbour, Sydney and will be our base for supporting Clients in the Asia Pacific marketplace.
Growth for in-house recruiters in Australia & NZ
The demand for innovative and dynamic Corporate Recruiters in Australia is growing steadily as medium sized companies establish their in-house recruitment functions, and global corporations grow their operations in the region. Whilst the unemployment rate in Australia has risen sharply due to Covid-19, we anticipate gradual improvement and demand in the region as countries emerge from lockdown. At the time of writing New Zealand has completely reopened their economy and Australia is not far behind.
We also anticipate regional growth in our traditional sectors being Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Professional Services and Technology Innovators.
We are in the process of building our bench of locally approved interim Corporate Recruiters (as we have successfully done in the UK and European markets since 2008) for deployment across Australia.
As you would expect, our offering in Australia will mirror that of the UK with traditional search & selection services for the permanent appointment of Corporate Recruiters & TA Leaders to local Talent Acquisition Teams.

Being originally from Australia, this represents a return home for me after 12 years based in the United Kingdom. Many of our existing Clients have a global presence and their Talent Acquisition Teams are growing in Australia. We look forward to extending our service in the region, and to supplying outstanding interim and permanent Corporate Recruiters in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and beyond.
